I've always been an advocate for flexible working, but would innovation, creativity and company culture suffer should working from home become the norm after Covid-19?

Taken from the report in the article below, 66% of the start-up founders surveyed said they would consider letting go of their offices or downsizing, due to 70% of their workforce shifting from being based in the office to working remotely once the restrictions are lifted.

I imagine most startups will adopt a blended approach of getting together a couple of times a week, with co-working spaces becoming ever more popular.

It will be interesting to see what working arrangements become the 'new normal,' and and its impact on the recruitment process. Will showing evidence of working effectively on a remote basis become a key hiring criteria?
