This was a planned hire prior to the impact of COVID-19. With an unpredictable workload related to the pandemic, this hire isn’t as business critical at the moment so they are looking for freelance and contract options initially. However, this is something the agency are keen to hire permanently in the near future, so those looking to "try before you buy," and do some freelance work, open to the option of permanent employment are preferred
